Delivery and Shipping
This promotion is valid worldwide, however, due to the busy period, it might be a delay on shipping time.
Ship to UK
Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days
Express Delivery - Next day (Cut off time 3pm, except weekends/holidays: for example if you place your order on Friday after 3pm the order will only be processed on Monday and arrived on Tuesday)
Ship outside UK
Standard Delivery - 7-14 working days depends on your local courier. We use track service so you can always trace your parcel once we hand into the courier.
Express Delivery - up to 3-5 days, We ship by UPS/ TNT/ DHL with tracking.

Any of the items purchased with this promotion can only be refunded as store credits (you will get a confirmation email with a store gift card for the refunded amount, there's no deadline of the gift card so you can use the credit for next purchase whenever you'd like.)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns about returning your purchased item(s).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for the other size, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check if the size you wish to exchange is still available and send your item to:

Please write clearly the size you want to exchange in the delivery note and include this in your package.
Shipping your return item(s)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
