WHAT IS UK STANDARD DELIVERY?

Your parcel will arrive within 3 working days (excluding weekends) after you place your order

All orders are trackable so you can follow its journey to you. Simply login to your account, click on your sales order and tracking link to view the up to date tracking. Please check this first before contacting us about your delivery.

All orders are trackable so you can follow your order via the link on confirmation email sent by our warehouse when your parcel was sent out or by logging in to your account.

Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel. We recommend getting all deliveries sent to your work address

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you where it is. It might be left and there’ll be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Deliveries are not made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY:

We will try our hardest to get this you the following working day If you order it before 2pm Monday to Friday, usually however this is a 2 day service.

If you place your order after 2pm on a Sunday it will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays so your order will be delivered 2 working days later.

Your order may be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.

Once your order is with the carrier you can login with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Please check this first before contacting us about your delivery.

The carrier delivering your order will also contact you with tracking and delivery updates, including a 1-hour delivery window, and how to reschedule your delivery if you need to do so.

Orders can be delivered to your work address if you select it at checkout. We do recommend this.

If you have given us your mobile number during your account registration we can text you updates.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.

International delivery services are all tracked services.  Once you have entered your delivery address, you' be able to see the available delivery price.

Tracking is available on all international Delivery services. You be able to see tracking information from us with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey when you log in to your account.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight. Most often we use TNT courier service to give you the highest quality service.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Depending on availability, purchases may be made directly through this website via our e-commerce portal. Wholesale customers can purchase directly via our head office - please contact us here

Online purchases on the Goldie London website may be purchased by all countries listed in the checkout section. By placing an order with us you hereby agree to pay for and receive the goods outlined in the sale.

Product Availability

Goldie London products available for purchase online include clothing and accessories. All products on the website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders.

We will however inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. 

Pricing and Payment Options

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

All prices for website customers include VAT at the applicable current rates, but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you receive a confirmation of order email after completing your transaction, your transaction has been successful.

Delivery

Delivery charges are specified when you place an order and is non refundable. Please allow one to two business days for process of your order, this excludes the delivery service time. Purchases are delivered by various shippers according to the delivery address. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Goldie London cannot be responsible for unanticipated transport delays.

Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email. If there is a delay in receiving your order please contact us and we will follow up with shipping company.

Returns/Cancellations Order Cancellations

It may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us immediately. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us. In this case, please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or it is faulty or incorrect size / colour, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. Please print out your original order confirmation and write on the return what you would like to have done - an exchange or a refund. Your returned package must contain this print out and detail, in order for us to accept the return. Once approved We will then issue a credit note on receipt, excluding shipping charges for exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred or a full refund.

Please note:

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please complete the returns form and send both the form and parcel to:
